Today we released several bug fixes/enhancements including a preview of the new search function on the project page. To see it go to ‘People’ and click ‘browse all projects’ or click a tag on any project.

• fixed ‘add pattern’ search, which was broken in our last release
• enhanced the project browse/search – BETA
• added search by popular tag from people page
• added search by popular tag from an individual projects
• removed un-used tags
• made attach pattern / attach fabric dialogs resizable on project page

Today we modified the pattern add/edit to allow selecting multiple categories. This enhancement will will help us to better organize the patterns. When adding/editing a pattern you will now see:

Simply click on the +/- icon next to each pattern category. Categories are selected when they appear in the left hand column.

Next up we’ll be working on major enhancements to the search/browse functionality. With such a huge amount of contributed work we’ve outgrown our current solution.
